Q. What if I am unavailable to pick up the car?
A. You should have an alternate person, friend or relative sign the release on your behave or schedule a pick up at one of our terminals when it is convenient for you or we can drop the vehicle off with a signed release that we are not responsible for any damages or losses.
Q. Can we put stuff in the trunk?
A. Yes you can load no more than 100lbs in the trunk or back seat as long as there is a clear visible view of all the windows and the driver’s area is not obstructed in any way. We are not responsible or insurance any contents left in the vehicle. This applies to Canada only. U.S.A. moves no items allowed in vehicle what so ever.
Q. Is delivery time guaranteed?
A. Delivery time is not guaranteed due to the nature of the business (weather, traffic other pick ups or drop offs that may delay the truck).
Q. What kind of truck will transport my vehicle?
A. In most cases your vehicle(s) will be transported on an 8-10 car hauler. Same type used to deliver cars to local dealers. These trucks are anywhere from 75 to 80 feet long and therefore very hard to manuver and be restricted to main roads that do not have over hanging trees or bridges. Bearing this in mind, we may have to arrange for a smaller truck or drive away service to pick up your car and deliver it to one of our terminals to be loaded on one of our bigger carriers.
Q. What is the difference between door to door and terminal delivery?
A. Door to door service would be picking up your vehicle at your home, office or business or closest point to it and delivering in the same matter. Terminal service is offered for a more feasible price because you would be dropping the vehicle off and picking it up at one of our loading terminals.
